Jason Leech brings a fusion of classical musicianship and heavy bass with live keyboards and synths over dubstep and glitch-hop, with a supporting lineup.
Jason Leech plays Regal Rooms on Friday, August 7, under the title Jason Leech Live in ATX: The Live Keyboard Bass Experience. It's a long night, running from 7 PM to 2 AM, with doors opening at 5 PM.
Leech's set is built around live keyboards and synthesizers played over dubstep, glitch-hop and deep bass drops. He's earned nods from some of the bigger names in electronic music, including Excision, Rezz and Illenium. He's not the only one on the bill: Mocha, Zhonk, Boston Jones, Exxistenxe and Yaws are all supporting, so the night stretches well past the main set.
Regal Rooms is a family-owned event center in South Austin, a black-box room with outdoor spaces and an in-house bar with private bartenders. It's set up for live experiences with concert-grade sound, a 20-foot video wall, a VIP mezzanine lounge and free parking.

Tickets are tiered: GA Tier 1 is $20, GA Tier 2 is $25, and the VIP Area Upstairs is $50. There's also a Media Pass for $30, a Meet & Greet for $60, and a Stardust/Regalrooms Double Ticket for $30. Doors open at 5 PM, and the music runs from 7 PM to 2 AM.
