Annual fall gala featuring a gourmet dinner, live auction and a concert by Pat Green to support the Waterloo Greenway Conservancy.
Pat Green headlines Glow in the Park on Thursday, October 8, at the Moody Amphitheater at Waterloo Park. It's the signature fundraiser for the Waterloo Greenway Conservancy, an annual fall gala that raises money to keep the Greenway flourishing and Austin's greenspaces vibrant for everyone. The proceeds fund free community programming and year-round park operations.
The night is an outdoor affair, rain or shine, and it's built around more than just the music. It starts with a cocktail reception, followed by a chef-driven gourmet dinner curated by MML Hospitality. After that comes a live auction led by auctioneer Lydia Fenet, which takes in the room before the music starts. The evening is hosted by Melba and Ted Whatley and Geri and Matthew Hooks, with Pat Green performing once the dinner and auction are wrapped.

Because it's a fundraiser, the whole night is designed to bring people together around the Conservancy's work. The dinner and auction happen first, and the concert serves as the finale. It's a full evening that runs from 6 PM to 11 PM, so you'll want to clear your schedule for the whole thing rather than just dropping in for the set.
