A full album drag tribute show to Evanescence's Fallen, hosted by Brigitte Bandit with live performances.
Brigitte Bandit is taking over Elysium on Friday, October 9, for a full album drag tribute to Fallen, Evanescence's debut record. It's a specific kind of night: one performer working through an entire album, rather than a mix of hits from across a career. If you grew up with Fallen on repeat, you know exactly what that meansβthe whole thing, from the big singles to the deeper cuts, played in a drag setting.
Bandit is an Austin-based act, and this is a live show, so you'll see the songs performed on stage rather than just played over the speakers. The focus stays on Fallen, the 2003 album that put Evanescence on the map, so the setlist pulls from that one record instead of branching out into their later work. It's a tribute to the album as a whole, not just a few of its most famous tracks.

Doors open at 9:30 PM, and the show is over-18s only, so keep that in mind if you're bringing a group. Admission is a $10 cash cover at the door, and since it's a cash cover, it's a good idea to have your bills ready before you get to the front. The venue is Elysium, right here in Austin.
