Eric Benet

Eric Benét plays Austin City Limits Live at The Moody Theater on Tuesday, December 1, 2026. He's an American R&B singer-songwriter and musician who's built a reputation as a four-time Grammy nominee and a standard-bearer for contemporary R&B, and he still performs as a barefoot, dreadlocked troubadour.

His 1999 sophomore album A Day in the Life produced his first No. 1 R&B single, "Spend My Life with You," featuring Tamia—a gold record that earned him his first Grammy nomination. He's released eight studio albums, including a self-titled project in 2012, and scored hits like "You're the Only One" and "Sometimes I Cry," which brought three more Grammy nods, the most recent in 2012. He's known for that smooth, contemporary R&B sound that's held up over the years.

Beyond the music, he's heavily involved in charity. He co-founded Mission Save Her, which fights human trafficking and the sexual abuse of women and girls. His wife, Manuela Testolini, established In A Perfect World, which has built its 30th school and benefited more than 30,000 children and teens around the world.

The show starts at 8 PM at Austin City Limits Live at The Moody Theater, 310 W Willie Nelson Blvd, Austin, TX 78701. Tickets are $35.
