EMOcean Avenue presents 'A Halloween You Can't Sweat Out II'

EMOcean Avenue is taking over The Ballroom at Speakeasy on Saturday, October 31, for A Halloween You Can't Sweat Out II. It's the second annual Emo Halloween Party they've put together, and the title is a nod to the kind of music that'll be running all night: emo and pop-punk anthems.

EMOcean Avenue is an Austin-based act that plays in the revival, emo, and pop-punk styles. The set is built around the songs of the MySpace and Warped Tour days—the stuff that defined the scene for a lot of us—and they've paired it with high production and sing-alongs that go throughout the night. It's a party as much as a show, and costumes are encouraged, so you can lean into the theme if you're in the mood.
