Concert by the music project Echos, led by Alexandra Norton, with support from Summer Hoop at ACL Live at 3TEN.
Echos plays ACL Live at 3TEN on Sunday, December 6, with support from Summer Hoop. Echos is the project of Alexandra Norton, and the music comes from her own tumultuous journey, which she frames as a sanctuary for making sense of pain. She works through some of the darker corners of human existence — abuse, self-inflicted wounds, and thoughts of oblivion — while keeping resilience, introspection, and empathy in the mix. It's the kind of writing that doesn't shy away from the heavy stuff, and the whole thing is built around Norton's own experiences.
Opening the night is Summer Hoop, a solo artist and songwriter based in Tampa, Florida. Her sound draws on rock and alternative music, and she names Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance, and PVRIS as influences. She released the EP Self Disrespect through Oxide Music and has shared the stage with acts like Pierce The Veil, Adam Lambert, and Twenty One Pilots, so she's no stranger to playing with larger names.

Between the two, you've got Norton's introspective, personal songwriting and Hoop's rock-leaning approach, both coming from a place of writing their own material. The show starts at 7:30 PM at ACL Live at 3TEN, 310 W Willie Nelson Blvd, in downtown Austin.
