A stand-up comedy night where Austin's funniest comics take the stage looking their best, with audience members encouraged to dress up too.
Dressed to Kill is back at Rozco's Comedy Club on Saturday, July 25, from 9 PM to 10:30 PM. It's a stand-up night built on a tongue-in-cheek premise: Austin's funniest comics take the stage looking their absolute best, and audience members are encouraged to dress up too, though nobody is actually checking. The whole thing is a bit of a joke—the dress code is the point, not a requirement—so you can lean into it or just show up as you are.
This edition brings in three comics from out of town. Scott Wharton comes in from Washington, D.C., Lukas McCrary from Kingsport, Tennessee, and Deric Poston from Memphis, Tennessee. With all three coming from the East Coast, it's a bit of a road-trip lineup for one Saturday night in Austin.
The show has a history of pulling in names you might recognize from the national circuit. Past headliners have included Rachel Wolfson, Cristian Mariani, Ehsan Ahmad, and Hans Kim, so it's usually a good bet for a strong bill.
