Cheer Up Charlies is hosting weekly viewing parties for American Horror Story every Thursday at 9 PM, with Vivent Health partnering on the screenings. The venue is at 900 Red River, a Red River staple that describes itself as an "Ambiguous Everybody space" and an LGBTQIA & friends hangout for music, art, and dance, with local kombucha on tap. It's the kind of spot that works as well for a mid-week drink as it does for a full night out.
While the main draw is American Horror Story Season 13, there's more to the night than just the screen. You can pick up free swag and sexual health supplies while you watch, and the evening rounds out with a creepy open stage, happy hour, and drag.
