Themed night with 90s music and retro atmosphere at the Speakeasy venue in Austin's Warehouse District.
Speakeasy holds its 90's Night every Friday, from 9 PM to midnight, at 412 Congress Ave in the Warehouse District. It's a retro night dedicated to the music of the 1990s, and it's part of a larger weekly rotation the venue runs throughout the week.
If you're not familiar with how the place works, Speakeasy builds its schedule around themed nights. Wednesday is for 80s jams, Friday is 90s night, Saturday is a sing-along, and Monday is open mic night. The 90s night fits right into that mix, with the music and the atmosphere leaning into the decade.
Speakeasy has a long history with New Year's Eve in particular—they've thrown a party every year since 1997—and they expanded their offerings in 2024 to include reserved seating, VIP options, acclaimed DJs, live music, and bottle service. While the themed nights are a different thing from the big New Year's bash, they're part of the same room in the Warehouse District.
