A multi-generational silent disco with three live DJs competing across different decades, featuring light-up headsets and a light-up grass floor.
Uptown Market is hosting the Battle of the Generations Silent Disco at The Lawn at Uptown on three Saturday nights: October 17, October 31, and November 14. It's an outdoor dance floor at 521 Mkt St. NE, and the whole thing runs on a silent disco setup.
Three live DJs compete for the crowd, each broadcasting on their own channel. The channels span the decades, from 1970s classics to today's hits, so you can switch between them whenever you want. Everyone wears glowing headphones that change color depending on which channel you've selected, and the grass itself lights up in competing hues. The evening sessions make the most of that light-up effect, so the later you go, the more you'll see the colors working.

Food and drinks are available to buy on site, paid parking can be found nearby, and the venue is ADA-accessible. Tickets start at $10.
