Tallah, Fight From Within, First One Dies, $alamanderX

Tallah headlines 529 on Saturday, October 24, with Fight From Within, First One Dies, and $alamanderX filling out the bill. It's a four-band run, so you'll be there for the full evening rather than just one set.

$alamanderX is the local addition to the lineup, an Atlanta-based trap metal band that pulls from nu metal, deathcore, hardcore, EDM, and rap. The project is co-fronted by rapper Stevie Miles, known for fast-paced verses and a drill-influenced delivery, and Nick Freddy, whose vocals range from guttural lows to piercing highs. Having a home-grown act on the bill gives the night a local anchor, and their sound sits right at the intersection of several heavy styles.

With four bands on the roster, the night starts early and runs late. Doors open at 8 PM, and the music goes until 11:45 PM, so if you want to catch the opening acts, you'll want to be there closer to the start than the end. The show is 18+.

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door, so grabbing yours ahead of time saves you a few bucks. 529 is at 529 Flat Shoals Ave SE in Atlanta.
