Free fitness session led by two Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders that blends Pilates, dance cardio and flexibility work inspired by the team's gameday routines.
Sideline Sculpt comes to Signia by Hilton Atlanta on Sunday, November 1, a fitness class led by two Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders. It runs from 12 PM to 2 PM at the hotel's Georgia World Congress Center location, 159 Northside Dr NW, and it's free to attend.
The session is a blend of three different styles: targeted Pilates exercises, heart-pumping dance cardio and deep flexibility work. The whole thing is inspired by the cheerleaders' own gameday routines, so the moves are the same ones they use on the sidelines. The Pilates part focuses on the core, the dance cardio gets the heart rate up, and the flexibility work is there to loosen things out. Between the three, the class is designed to tone the core and improve flexibility.
