Five-course harvest wine dinner pairing Italian wines with dishes from Indaco and Oak Steakhouse, guided by wine specialist Robin Vaughn.
Indaco is hosting a harvest wine dinner on Wednesday, October 21, bringing together two of the city's kitchens for one night. The evening is a collaboration between Indaco and Oak Steakhouse, with Chef Nicholas and Chef Danilo leading the way. They've put together a five-course menu that plays the best of both houses against each other: handmade pastas, seasonal locally grown ingredients, and steaks grilled over the Big Green Egg. It's a bit of a crossover—Indaco's Italian roots meeting Oak's steakhouse chops—all on one table.
Each course is paired with Italian wines selected in collaboration with Kobrand. Wine specialist Robin Vaughn will be there at the table to guide guests through the pairings and share the stories behind each pour, so you'll get a sense of what's in the glass and why it works with the food. Between the two kitchens and the wine, it's a full evening rather than just a quick meal.
