18+ Halloween dance party with live music from Hero The Band and DJ sets, with costumes encouraged.
Hero The Band is taking over Vinyl on Saturday, October 31, for a Halloween party that runs from 9 PM until 2 AM. The night is built around live performances and DJ sets, and costumes are encouraged. It's an 18+ event.
Hero The Band comes from Decatur, Georgia, and is an alternative rock, pop, and soul outfit fronted by brothers who have been singing together since childhood. They first performed as Inseparable in 2008 and then as HERO in 2010. Their sound pulls from a wide range of pop, rock, and R&B, with a list of influences that spans Queen, Coldplay, Take 6, Boyz II Men, The Temptations, The Beatles, Elton John, Jimi Hendrix, Earth, Wind & Fire, U2, Prince, and Lenny Kravitz. The brothers handle bass, lead guitars, keys, and drums and write their own lyrics.
They've played the Masquerade and State Farm Arena, where they performed the National Anthem for the Hawks, and have opened for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band Mother's Finest. For this Halloween show, they're turning the night into an all-night dance party built around individuality, self-acceptance, and empowerment, with infectious grooves, big rock energy, and soulful melodies. Between the live sets and the DJ, the music keeps going well past midnight.
