Adult social coed kickball league for the fall 2026 season played at the Active Oval in Piedmont Park.
GO Kickball is back at Piedmont Park for its Fall 2026 season, starting Monday, October 19. It's an adult social coed league, so it's as much about meeting people as it is about the games. If you've never played, it's just kickball—the same game you probably played in elementary school—but played with adults on a coed field.
All the action happens at The Active Oval, which is a good spot to know if you're heading to the park. It's a former race track, and these days it's one of the main hubs for fitness in Piedmont Park. It's not just for kickball, either: there's a running track, two soccer fields, two softball fields, and two sand volleyball courts all in one area. The park itself is run through a partnership between the Piedmont Park Conservancy, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, and the City of Atlanta.
GO Kickball is run by JAM Sports, and they keep the Active Oval busy with more than just kickball. They also stage adult recreational flag football, softball, ultimate, soccer, and beach volleyball there, with play running Sunday through Thursday. If you're looking for something to do on a weeknight, this is a way to get moving without needing a full team of your own to start.
