Collaboration of two Atlanta women-owned pop-ups, pairing custom cocktails from Girl Bar with Polish food from Beksa Lala at Banshee.
Girl Dinner comes to Banshee on Sunday, October 25, bringing together two Atlanta women-owned and operated pop-ups under one roof. Instead of running separately, Girl Bar and Beksa Lala are teaming up for a single night, pairing custom cocktails with Polish food.
The menu draws from mountainous pagan folklore, and the food follows suit: pierogi nuggets and wild boar chops. The drinks are Polish-inspired cocktails, handled by Girl Bar. It's a collaboration between the two pop-ups' founders, Haley Herebia and chef Basia Piechoczek, who are presenting the night as a joint effort rather than as two separate entities.
If you've followed either of these around the city, this is the first time you'll find them in the same room. Girl Bar brings the custom cocktails, and Beksa Lala brings the Polish culinary offerings, and the two are designed to work together. The whole thing is a collaboration between Herebia and Piechoczek, the two women behind the pop-ups.
