Downtown Day returns to the Broad Street Boardwalk with music, art, a vendor market, dining specials and a pop-up parade.
Downtown Day returns to the Broad Street Boardwalk on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, bringing music, art, and a vendor market to the heart of downtown. The day runs from 7 AM to 3 AM, so it's one of those events you can slide into whenever you have a gap in your schedule, whether that's a quick stroll during your lunch break or a full day out.
There's a lunchtime party centered around the music and art, and the vendor market lets you browse local makers throughout the day. A pop-up parade also moves through downtown, and nearby restaurants are running dining specials, so you can make a meal of it. The activity stretches across the Broad Street Boardwalk and into South Downtown, meaning you'll be walking through a good chunk of the area rather than sticking to one spot.
This year's edition also marks 30 years of the Downtown Ambassador Force, the team that works on the ground across the district. It's a nice bit of local history to run into while you're out.
