Third edition of the craft beer festival, with afternoon and evening sessions of beer, cider and spirits from UK and international breweries.
Northern Lights Beer Festival returns to Music Hall on Saturday 3 April 2027, its third edition after two sell-out years. It's run by Fierce Beer, the modern Scottish brewery founded in 2016 and named Scottish Brewery of the Year in 2021, and it keeps the same format as before: the day is split into an afternoon and an evening session, both inside one of the city's most iconic venues.
This year they're casting the net wider. The organisers say they're looking beyond the UK to bring in craft breweries doing something genuinely exciting regardless of where they're based, alongside cider, spirits and a dozen guest breweries. They describe Aberdeen as a city with a thriving beer culture and a supportive venue, and the festival has become an established date in the calendar for craft beer breweries and enthusiasts across the UK. It's 18+ only.
