Legendary comedian Jack Dee performs his Joke Show, a one-night stand-up hour marking 40 years on the circuit, with no new material.
Jack Dee is coming to York Theatre Royal on Friday 28 May 2027 for a one-night-only show. He's calling it Jack's Joke Show, and it's a bit of a departure from the usual stand-up run.
Dee is marking 40 years on the circuit with a show he describes as a memoir of his favourite old stories. He's gone back through his archives and pulled out the best of them, assembling them into a new one-hour set. It's a look at the influences that led him into comedy and helped shape his career, and he's given an explicit guarantee: there will be no new material. If you're coming for the stuff you already know and love, that's exactly what you'll get.

It's a one-off date here in York, so it's a single night rather than a full tour stop. The show is recommended for audiences aged 14 and above because of swearing and adult content, so keep that in mind if you're thinking of bringing anyone younger. It's Jack Dee at York Theatre Royal on Friday 28 May 2027.
