Free community fall festival for the whole family with live entertainment, local businesses and food at West River Square.
The West River Fall Festival comes to West River Square on Saturday, October 24, from 3 PM to 7 PM. It's one of the neighborhood events put on by the City of Tampa, and this one is built for the whole family. The afternoon fills with family fun, live entertainment, local businesses and food, with the festivities running for four hours in the heart of the West River neighborhood.
Beyond the entertainment, there's a specific focus on the community side of things. The festival is pitched as much about the chance to connect with neighbors as it is about the activities themselves, so it's as much a neighborhood gathering as it is a fall celebration. If you've been living around here for a while, it's a good spot to catch up with people you haven't seen in a bit; if you're new to the area, it's a low-pressure way to meet the folks on your block.
