Free in-person session led by Dr. Lisa Morgan on how hormones shape women's health and how food can support energy, mood and balance.
LumaCare Integrative Wellness is hosting The Wellness Table: Women, Hormones & the Power of Nourishment on Saturday, October 24, at 2801 N 17th St in Tampa. It's an in-person session focused on women's health, hormones, and how nourishment supports overall wellness.
Dr. Lisa Morgan, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, leads the session. She's a board-certified family nurse practitioner who practices integrative medicine, which means she brings together evidence-based medicine with nutrition, lifestyle, and everyday habits. At The Wellness Table, she'll explain how hormones shape women's health at every stage and how food can support energy, mood, and balance.
Joining her is Cassandra Hector, who founded Food Becomes U after seeing the exhaustion many women in midlife feel when they're told to just push through. Her practice is rooted in a four-pillar framework that treats the body, mind, and spirit as one continuous story. The session also features Geraldine Novy (BS, RN, NC-BC, FMCHC), Tracy Krane, a product development specialist at Apex Energetics, and Michael Yanni, the health and wellness coordinator at Metropolitan Ministries.
