Free home and building trade show with builders, contractors, kitchen and bath, garden and landscape, pool and spa, security and solar displays.
The Tampa Home Show returns to the Tampa Convention Center on Saturday, April 3, and Sunday, April 4, 2027. It's a home and building trade show that brings together builders, contractors, and a wide range of home services under one roof for the weekend. The whole thing runs in the West Exhibit Hall at 333 S Franklin St, right downtown.
What makes it worth a trip is how much you can cover in one go. You'll find kitchen and bath displays, garden and landscape exhibits, pools and spas, security systems, garage doors, driveways, windows, and solar. Instead of calling around and waiting for callbacks, you can walk from one booth to the next and speak directly to the experts. If you've got a few different projects on your list—say, a new deck and a kitchen refresh—you can get quotes and ask questions for both without leaving the building.
The show is produced by East Coast Consumer Shows, a company that's been staging home and garden, interior design, remodeling, lifestyle, and golf shows for over 25 years across the United States, from New York to Florida. They've done this long enough to know how to pull these different trades into a single space, so you're not hunting for a specific contractor across town.

Admission is free, so there's no cost to come and browse. It opens at 8 AM on Saturday and runs through Sunday, closing at 5 PM. If you're planning to hit it, Saturday morning is usually the best time to beat the crowds and get your questions answered while the booths are fresh.
