Get Ready for a Spooktacular Night at Channelside Academy

Channelside Academy of Math & Science is hosting a Halloween night on Friday, October 23, from 5 PM to 7:30 PM at 1029 E Twiggs St in Tampa. It's part of their Discovery Night, which pairs academic exploration with Halloween fun and trick-or-treating to bring the school community together.

The evening runs in two halves that overlap. Discovery Night goes from 5 PM to 6 PM, and Trunk or Treat runs from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. If you're coming for both, you'll find the academic side and the trick-or-treating happening side-by-side for a good chunk of the night. On top of that, there'll be a food truck on site, sno-cones, and a book fair to browse.

It's a $5 per person entry, so it's an easy one to bring the whole family along. The whole thing wraps up by 7:30 PM, making it a good early-evening plan for a Friday.
