Free Halloween-themed festival with food trucks, local vendors, live music, costumes and family-friendly activities at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park.
Haunted Bites takes over Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park from Friday, October 30 through Sunday, November 1, 2026. It's a Halloween-themed food and shopping festival that runs for three days, with the park open 10 AM to 8 PM daily and doors opening at 9 AM each morning.
The food is the center of it. Food trucks and specialty eats are the main draw, and they're paired with local businesses and handmade goods, so you can eat and shop in the same trip. The whole thing is built around Halloween, with themed decorations, activities, and photo spots scattered throughout the grounds. Live music and family-friendly entertainment run alongside the food and shopping, and since it's an all-ages event, it works for a group of friends or a family outing.
Because it spans three days, you don't have to cram everything into one afternoon. You can drop in on Friday, come back Saturday for the music, and swing by Sunday to pick up a few more things from the vendors. The park is at 600 North Ashley Drive in downtown Tampa, and parking is free.
