A three-day health and wellness expo featuring expert speakers, wellness brands, movement classes, and hands-on experiences focused on metabolic health.
Hack Your Health 2026 takes over the Tampa Convention Center from Friday, November 13, through Sunday, November 15. It's a three-day health and wellness expo that's become a regular on the downtown waterfront, and this year it's taking over Ballroom A-D and the meeting rooms at 333 S Franklin St. The whole thing kicks off at 7 AM on Friday and wraps up by 3:30 PM on Sunday.
If the name sounds familiar, it's because this used to be KetoCon. It started back in 2017 around low-carb, zero-carb, and ketogenic diets, and it's grown from there into a broader look at metabolic health. The format is pretty consistent: a mix of presentations, workshops, and a big expo hall. The 2026 edition is billed as bigger than before, with more hands-on experiences and exclusive offers from more than 80 brands.
That hands-on part is a good way to describe what happens on the floor. Between the talks, you'll find things like cold plunges, metabolic testing, and red light therapy—the kind of stuff you usually only see in a specialized clinic or a high-end gym, all in one room. The lineup includes over 60 expert speakers and 10 movement classes, so you can spend your time listening to the presentations or actually getting moving.
