Community block party with live music, interactive activity stations, food and mental health resources presented by Love IV Lawrence and Coppertail Brewing Co.
Good Vibes: A Mental Health Block Party takes over the Coppertail Brewing Co. Back Lot on Saturday, October 24, from 11 AM to 3 PM. It's presented by Love IV Lawrence and Coppertail Brewing Co., and the whole thing is free.
The day is built around bringing mental health into the open. They've paired local mental health resources and nonprofit leaders with live entertainment, interactive activity stations, food, and family fun. One of the main things to do is the Passport Activity, which lets you meet those resource leaders and win prizes along the way. The organizers describe it as family fun and community connection for healthier minds.
Love IV Lawrence is the nonprofit behind it. They started in 2018 after the unexpected death of Lawrence Hundley Dimmitt IV, a seventh-generation Floridian and avid outdoorsman. The organization works to destigmatize depression, mental health, vulnerability, and suicide, and they fund local and international mental health causes. They've partnered with Coppertail Brewing Co. to put this day together.

It's a community-driven event, so you'll find local resources and nonprofit leaders right there in the mix. Between the music, the activity stations, and the food, it's set up for families to hang out and pick up some useful information. The block party runs from 11 AM to 3 PM on Saturday, October 24, at the Coppertail Brewing Co. Back Lot, 2601 East 2nd Ave in Historic East Ybor. Admission is free.
