Second annual Halloween trunk-or-treat night at Chick-fil-A Gandy with decorated trunks, Halloween activities and a costume contest.
Chick-fil-A Gandy is bringing back its Trunk or Treat on Tuesday, October 20, at 6 PM. It's the second year they've put this on, and it's set up as a family Halloween night in South Tampa. The whole thing is hosted at the restaurant, located at 3678 W Gandy Blvd, 3678 W Gandy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33611-2608.
The main event is exactly what it sounds like: kids trick-or-treat through a line of decorated car trunks. The trunks are hosted by the restaurant itself and by South Tampa community partners, so you'll see a mix of local businesses and organizations alongside the Chick-fil-A crew. Because those partners are there, the night also works as a chance to meet some of the groups and businesses operating in the South Tampa area.
Beyond the candy, there's more to do. You can visit the Chick-fil-A Cow, take part in Halloween activities and games, and show off your best costume for a chance to win a special prize. The Gandy branch is organizing the whole thing, and it's RSVP-only, so you'll need to sign up through the Chick-fil-A One App or the event form before you head over.
