Age-restricted 21+ Halloween tribute to Phish's spooky shows by Sean Canan's Voodoo Players at Atomic Garage.
Sean Canan's Voodoo Players are taking over Atomic Garage on Saturday, October 31, for Voodoo Phish, a Halloween tribute to Phish's spooky Halloween shows. It's a holiday night, so the date fits the theme. The show starts at 8 PM, with doors opening at 7:30 PM.
If you're not familiar with the band, the Voodoo Players started as a weekly jam at Broadway Oyster Bar back in January 2014, led by Sean Canan and a revolving cast of St. Louis musicians. Since then, they've played more than 800 shows, staging and celebrating the work of artists like Prince, Fleetwood Mac, Phish, the Blues Brothers, and Neil Young. This particular night is dedicated to Phish, and the Halloween tie-in is a nod to the band's tradition of playing a full cover of another artist's album every Halloween.
