The night starts with a full history of the mansion, the Lemp family, their brewing empire, and the tragic deaths that have made the place a local legend. Once you've got the backstory, the tour becomes a guided, interactive journey through several floors, each with its own set of supernatural stories. Along the way, you'll hear first-hand accounts of hauntings and where activity is most likely to happen.
What sets this apart from a standard ghost walk is the gear. You get to use both modern and old-school equipment—dowsing rods, scrying charts, and electronic devices—to take paranormal readings and detect activity for yourself as you move through the house. The Lemp Mansion is billed as one of America's most legendary haunted houses, and since the tour runs after dark, there's a cash bar on hand if you feel you need a cocktail or two for courage.

Tours run on select Wednesdays at 6 PM and 8 PM, with the 6 PM tour lasting about 90 minutes. There's also a New Year's Eve tour on December 31, 2026, at 10:30 PM. Tickets are $44 per person, plus tax and handling fees, and private bookings are available at other times by phone.
