Post-grindcore night with Tina Fey, Actias, Midwife Crisis and Withered at the art bar and arcade Moshmellow on South Jefferson Avenue.
Tina Fey, Actias, Midwife Crisis, and Withered are all on the same bill at Moshmellow this Sunday, October 18. It's a post-grindcore night, and the four bands share the stage throughout the evening.
If you're not familiar with the venue, Moshmellow is an art bar and small arcade on South Jefferson Avenue in St. Louis. It hosts live music most days of the week and leans into its double name by booking everything from metal to jazz — the heavier 'Mosh' and the lighter 'Mellow' sides of its program. This one falls squarely on the Mosh side of things.
With four bands on the bill, the night is a full run of post-grindcore. Tina Fey, Actias, Midwife Crisis, and Withered each take their turn, so you'll hear four different takes on the style in one go. It's a lineup built for people who want to spend a few hours with that specific sound rather than just one set.
