All-ages live show by the Micro Wrestling Federation, a professional wrestling promotion of wrestlers under five feet tall.
The Micro Wrestling Federation brings its live show to The Hawthorn on Friday, October 30, with a full cast of wrestlers who all stand under five feet tall. It's a high-flying professional wrestling promotion that's been around since 2000, making it the longest-running organization in the little person wrestling industry. They describe themselves as the original 'MICRO' professional wrestling promotion, one that's been imitated without success.
The MWF doesn't just play the local circuit. Their wrestlers have appeared in Sports Illustrated, on Country Music Television, and in the WWE, and the promotion had its own reality show, Big Little Brawlers, which aired on the Discovery Channel. They put on more than 500 shows a year, including four weekly shows at their own 350-seat mini arena in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. This St. Louis stop is billed as all-ages, so it's one you can bring the kids to.
The lineup for the night features a deep cast from Micro One: Lil Show, HotRod, Mr Nice Guy, Lumberjack, Gomez Jr, Big Rig, Brock, Andrew the Giant, Deuce Perry, Lil Tucker, Micro Jackson, and Jmazing. That's twelve wrestlers on the bill, which should keep the ring busy for the full three hours.
