Jenn Colella

Jenn Colella plays Blue Strawberry on Friday, February 12 and Saturday, February 13, 2027, both nights starting at 7:30 PM. It's a two-show run, so if you can't make the Friday, you've got the Saturday to fall back on.

Colella is a Tony Award nominee and a Grammy winner, and she's known for her work on Broadway in Come From Away and SUFFS. The two nights are billed as an evening of music, stories and laughter, which gives you a good sense of the format: it's not just a straight set of songs, but a show that mixes the music with storytelling and comedy. If you've followed her theater work, this is a chance to see her in a smaller, more direct setting.

Blue Strawberry is a new music showroom and lounge in the CWE at 364 N. Boyle Avenue, and it's built around live performance—local and national acts take the stage there at least three nights a week. Dinner is available five nights a week from a full-service menu, and there's a wine and beverage program to go with it, with drinks served both before and during the show. If you're planning to eat there, it's worth arriving early enough to get your meal in before the music starts.

Tickets are $75, $95, or $125 depending on where you sit, and both shows start at 7:30 PM.
