Kids' costume parade through Westport Plaza followed by a free outdoor double feature of Hotel Transylvania 1 & 2.
Westport Plaza is hosting its Halloween Parade and Movie Night on Thursday, October 29, starting at 6 PM. It's part of the plaza's annual Halloween festivities, and the whole thing is free.
The evening works as a double bill. First, there's a kids' costume parade that winds through the plaza, with participating restaurants and merchants handing out treats along the way. Once the parade wraps, the night moves to the big screen for a free outdoor double feature of Hotel Transylvania and Hotel Transylvania 2, which starts at 6:30 PM. If you're bringing kids, the parade is the main event for them, and the movies keep the night going afterward.
It's a community-focused setup: the parade threads through the plaza, and the movies follow on the big screen. The whole thing is free, so you can come for just the parade or stick around for the double feature. The movies start at 6:30 PM, shortly after the parade kicks off at 6 PM, so you'll have a bit of time to get settled before the first film rolls.
