Three-day festival of fandom with celebrities, artists, writers, voice actors, cosplayers, and panelists covering comic books, pop culture, sci-fi, fantasy, anime, gaming and cosplay.
GalaxyCon St. Louis takes over America's Center & The Dome from Friday, October 23, through Sunday, October 25, for a three-day festival of fandom. It's billed as more than a comic-con, bringing together celebrities, artists, writers, voice actors, cosplayers, entertainers, creators, wrestlers, fan groups, and panelists. The reach covers comic books and pop culture, and stretches into sci-fi, fantasy, anime, gaming, and cosplay.
That's a lot of ground to cover in one weekend, and the venue is built for it. America's Center & The Dome is a convention complex with 502,000 square feet of exhibit space, 80 meeting rooms, the 1,400-seat Ferrara Theatre, a ballroom, and the 67,000-seat Dome. The Dome became the home field of the St. Louis BattleHawks of the XFL in March 2023, so it's a spot you might already recognize from the football season.
Between the celebrity guests, the artist alley, and the panels, there's enough going on to make a single day feel like a tease. If you're into cosplay, you'll find plenty of people in costume and a dedicated community to hang with. If you're more of a collector, the exhibit space is where the vendors set up. And if you're there for the creators, the writers and voice actors are the ones to track down.
