Urban Room Fridays Upstairs takes over the upper room of Medbar on Friday 18 September, a late-night club night with urban music running from 10pm until 2am. It's a dedicated urban night, so if that's your thing, this is where you'll find it on a Friday night in the city.
Medbar is on Oxford Street, which is a pedestrianised stretch of road that's become something of a hub for Southampton's independent dining scene. It's a leafy part of town with a bit of a continental feel to it, the kind of spot that works for romantic evenings, leisurely brunches, cocktail tasting and weekend socialising. There's outdoor seating when the weather holds up, too.
