High-octane AC/DC tribute band Thunderstruck live at Hanger Farm Arts Centre, covering the band's entire song catalogue from the Bon Scott and Brian Johnson eras.
Thunderstruck bring their AC/DC tribute to Hanger Farm Arts Centre on Friday 2 October, with doors opening at 6:30 pm and the show starting at 7:30 pm. They're an established act, performing for over 15 years, and they've built their set around the band's entire song catalogue. That means they cover the High Voltage rock 'n' roll classics as well as the stadium-filling Back in Black, and they draw from both the Bon Scott and Brian Johnson eras, so you'll hear the early stuff alongside the later records. The band is made up of touring musicians, and they've played the Legends of Rock tour across Europe as well as dates throughout the UK.
They don't just stick to the music, either. The production includes classic stage props, firing cannons and custom backdrops, and it's gathered plenty of acclaim along the way. The whole thing is built for authenticity and scale, and they've spent more than a decade refining it. The Southampton date is inside Hanger Farm Arts Centre's converted 18th-century timber barn, and there's free on-site parking, including Blue Badge spaces. It's an all-ages policy, so it's one you can bring the family to. Tickets are £20 per person.
