Electronic music session with Woody Cook as part of the Get Hard Fridays series at Suburbia.
Woody Cook takes the decks at Suburbia on Friday 2 October, as part of the Get Hard Fridays night presented by Subbass. It's a late one, starting at 10:30 PM, so you've got plenty of time to get sorted before the music kicks in.
If you're not familiar with the night, Get Hard Fridays is a regular fixture in the city's electronic scene, and this particular edition puts Woody Cook in the main spot. The whole thing is run by Subbass, who keep the night going as part of their wider clubbing programme.
As for the room, Suburbia is an underground live entertainment venue on Onslow Road that reopened in April 2024 after a major refurbishment. It's an intimate space, and the bookings lean heavily towards techno, house and drum and bass, with a focus on local talent and emerging artists alongside established names. That puts this night right in its wheelhouse: a late-night electronic session in a room built for it.
