An evening of stand-up comedy featuring Stephen K Amos alongside Ali Woods, Alistair Barrie, Alistair Williams and host James Harris at The Attic.
Stephen K Amos is headlining The Attic on Friday 2 October, and he's bringing a full line-up of friends with him. If you've seen him before, you'll know the vibe: natural, assured delivery and honest, original material, usually delivered with a sort of child-like joy and exuberance. He's built a reputation as a bit of a national treasure, and his autobiographical sitcom has run on Radio 4. He's also a gifted actor, and you might have spotted him in Tim Burton's Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, which is in cinemas now.
He's not the only one on the bill. Ali Woods joins him, an award-winning stand-up and multi-viral sketch sensation with over 100 million views across Instagram and TikTok, and appearances on Comedy Central Live, ITV2's Stand Up Sketch Show and BBC Radio 4. Then there's Alistair Barrie, a sought-after international headliner who's been nominated twice for best show at the Edinburgh Festivals and holds the rather odd distinction of being the only comedian to have played both the Labour and Conservative Party conferences. Alistair Williams is also on the bill, a rising star and passionate health campaigner who follows the food-centred show that made his name at the 2018 Edinburgh Fringe. The whole thing is held together by host James Harris, a teacher who draws on classroom life, ADHD and everyday moments.

It's a proper full night of stand-up rather than a single act, so you'll get a good range of styles in one go. The show starts at 7:45pm at The Attic, and tickets are £16.50.
