A corporate team-building sailing regatta and fundraising event for the charity Room to Reward, featuring races and a dinner reception.
Prometheus Sailing are bringing the Sail to Reward Regatta back to the Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa on Monday 29 June, a day of sailing and team-building on the Solent that doubles as a fundraiser for the charity Room to Reward, which supports volunteers from charities and community groups. It's a one-day event, so you're in and out in a single go.
The day starts at the hotel for breakfast, where you'll meet your team and find your boat waiting. Once you're on board, you'll be joined by your captain and first officer, and after you clear the marina, there are up to three races on the water, with time built in for lunch on board. It's designed as a corporate team-building day, and you don't need any sailing experience to take part—the professional crew handles the technical side, so you can just focus on the racing.
When the sailing wraps up in the afternoon, the action moves back to the hotel for a post-regatta cocktail, a drinks reception, and a three-course dinner. The winning team takes home the Mermaid Trophy, sponsored by Mermaid Gin. It's a corporate affair rather than a public one, aimed at teams from the hospitality and hotel sectors.

If you're entering a boat, it's £3,390 for up to eight people—that's £2,825 plus VAT, which includes a voluntary £500 donation to Room to Reward. If you'd rather skip the sailing and just come for the evening, there are dinner-only places for £80 per person.
