A Polish end of summer party featuring club anthems and international hits with confetti and glow sticks.
Suburbia is hosting the Poland Party: Polish End of Summer Party on Saturday 29 August, with Degres and DJ Jaro taking the decks. It's billed as Southampton's biggest Polish end-of-summer party, and the music reflects that: they're pairing Polish club anthems with the biggest international hits of the past summer, so you'll hear the two side by side rather than one after the other.
That international side pulls from a few different directions. The set covers bass music, EDM, electro, electro house and techno, so it's not just one sound running all night. The Polish club anthems bring the specific focus of the night, and the international hits fill in the gaps with the tracks that have been doing the rounds over the summer. It's a broad mix, and the two styles run together across the different genres.

On the floor, there's confetti and glow sticks to go with the music. It's a late one, too, with the night getting going from 10:00 pm at Suburbia, 29 Onslow Road, SO14 0JD. Tickets start at £11.25, and with the start time, it's a proper night out rather than an early evening thing.
