A tribute show to Harry Styles performed by Sam Turrell, featuring chart-toppers and classic hits from his solo career and One Direction.
Sam Turrell brings a Harry Styles tribute to Hanger Farm Arts Centre on Friday 14 August, with the show starting at 7:00pm. It's a night built around Styles' solo career, and the set leans on the biggest hits from his last few years: Watermelon Sugar, As It Was, Adore You and Late Night Talking all get their turn. To round things off, he adds a handful of One Direction bangers and a few covers, so there's a bit of the early years in there alongside the newer stuff.
Turrell is an actor by trade, and that comes through in the way he carries the songs across the stage. He's spent more than a decade working with tribute groups, including Take That, Jersey Boys and Wham, and has taken leading roles in UK stage musicals like Rock of Ages and Queen's We Will Rock You. He's billed as a leading man of British rock musicals, and that's the background he brings to the set.
