Daytime Clubbing

Daytime Clubbing is on at Medbar this Saturday, 25 July, and it's a regular fixture here — it runs every Saturday from 4pm to 10pm, with doors opening at 4pm. It's the city's only weekly Saturday day party, so if you fancy a dance without staying out until the early hours, this is the one.

Live DJs take the lead, and they don't stick to one corner of the record bag. The set moves through commercial hits and cheesy anthems, Afrobeats, reggaeton and Latin, golden oldies, club classics, R&B and hip hop, UK garage, drum & bass, amapiano and dancehall. It's a wide reach, so you'll hear a fair few things you recognise along the way.

Medbar itself is on Oxford Street and has been trading since 2013, billing itself as the city's No.1 late-night bar and club. It's also the home of the ultimate party brunch experience, with more than 27 cocktail jugs alongside beer, cider, prosecco, wine and mocktails. Daytime Clubbing is the venue's only free daytime clubbing event, so you can get in without spending a penny on the door.
