Restorative circle led by Sarah Wilson Gleadow with guided meditation, sharing, gentle movement, journaling and tea.
Sarah Wilson Gleadow is hosting another Women's Circle at Grow Yoga Sheffield on Friday 6 November, from 7pm to 9pm. It's a restorative, nourishing space for women, and this one is framed around the turning of the season.
Each session follows a gentle, repeating arc. It starts with a short guided meditation to settle the room, then sharing in pairs before opening out to the group. From there it moves into guided movement, prompted journaling, and the option to draw an oracle card, with time to chat over a cup of tea at the end. If you've been before, you'll recognise the rhythm; if it's your first time, that's exactly what to expect.
The November Circle turns on the shorter days and on noticing nature slowing down, asking how we can live in harmony with that slowness. It's a theme that fits the time of year — those dark November evenings when the world seems to pull inwards — and the session works with that shift rather than against it.
