Free practical workshop by Business Sheffield on how to use AI for marketing, admin and business processes.
Business Sheffield are running a workshop on using AI to boost marketing, admin and business operations at Electric Works on Wednesday 21 October, from 10:00am to 12:00pm. It's a two-hour session in the city centre, aimed at businesses that want to cut down on repetitive manual work and get more value out of AI.
The focus is on moving beyond one-off prompts and starting to build repeatable business processes. On the marketing side, they'll show how AI can handle tasks like social media posts and emails. For the admin and operations side, it covers customer processes and internal workflows, and how to turn rough business processes into clear, step-by-step workflows. If you've spent a bit of time playing with AI but haven't quite figured out how to make it a permanent part of how you work, that's the gap this is meant to bridge.

It's a practical workshop rather than a talk, so the idea is to come away with something you can actually use in your business. The session runs from 10:00am to 12:00pm on Wednesday 21 October at Electric Works, 3 Concourse Way, Sheffield City Centre, S1 2BJ. It's free, but places are limited and you have to book in advance.
