Club night with two floors of music curated by Loosedays Sheffield, featuring The Grid and The Loft sets.
UNIT.90 Sheffield Fridays are back at Hazy Club on Friday 23 October, with music running across two floors from 11pm until 4am. It's part of the club's Friday series, which they've billed as two floors of music every single Friday, framed as Sheffield's new favourite Friday.
The two rooms run side by side. The Grid handles the anthems, club classics and singalongs — the kind of set where you'll recognise most of the tracks and probably end up singing along with the room. The Loft takes a different direction, with tech house, house and speed garage. Having both going at once means you can switch between them throughout the night rather than sticking to one sound.
Behind the night are Loosedays Sheffield, who describe the project as something they've built piece by piece, calling it a monster and inviting the crowd to cause carnage. The whole thing is built by students, for students, which explains the 18+ door policy and the requirement for photo ID to get in.
