Professional ice hockey match between the Sheffield Steelers and the Panthers at the Utilita Arena Sheffield.
Sheffield Steelers take on the Panthers at Utilita Arena Sheffield on Saturday 26 December, a Boxing Day clash that falls right in the middle of the festive break. It's a home game for the Steelers, played at the arena on Broughton Lane (S9 2DF), and it's one of the fixtures included in their home programme for the season.
This is a season ticket game, and it's also a car park season ticket fixture, so if you've got your pass sorted for the year, this one is already covered. The club has billed the new campaign around the promise of 'new players, new experiences and a new season', and this match sits within that home schedule at the 'House of Steel'.
There's one practical thing you'll need to get right before you head down: entry is via the Utilita Arena Sheffield App. Your phone is your ticket, and screenshots won't work, so you'll need to have the app installed and your tickets downloaded before you arrive at the venue. It's worth doing that in advance rather than faffing with it at the doors.
