Tribute show fronted by original Def Leppard drummer Tony Kenning, playing Def Leppard and Aerosmith stadium rock anthems.
Shef Leppard play Corporation on Friday 4 December, a night built around the songs of Def Leppard and Aerosmith. The band is fronted by Tony Kenning, the original drummer for Def Leppard, and the set draws from the shared catalogues of those two stadium rock bands, who've sold more than 170 million albums between them. Setlist highlights include 'Pour Some Sugar on Me', 'Walk This Way', 'Animal' and 'Love in an Elevator', and the show leans on the hard-hitting riffs and layered harmonies that defined stadium rock in the 1980s.
Kenning doesn't take the stage alone. He plays alongside musicians whose touring history runs through Saxon and Wishbone Ash, FM, Black Sabbath's Tony Martin, Little Angels and Terrorvision. It's a line-up that brings together a fair bit of rock pedigree from across the decades, rather than just one band's legacy.
