High-energy punk rock cover band Punk Rock Factory play live at Corporation in Sheffield City Centre.
Punk Rock Factory are playing Corporation on Saturday 24 October, from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm. They're a high-energy punk rock cover band, formed in 2014 by Peej on vocals and guitar, Benj on bass and vocals, Ryan on guitar and Kob on drums and vocals. They do everything themselves — rehearse, write, record, mix and film in their own studio, which they call 'The Sausage Factory'.
Their set pulls from 1990s and 2000s punk rock, alongside reimagined versions of classic and hit songs. In 2020 they put out A Whole New Wurst, an album of Disney classics with a punk twist that reached number 48 in the official UK album download chart and got airplay on BBC Radio 2. They played their first live show at Bloodstock Open Air to a capacity crowd of 7,000 and have since played Download, Slam Dunk and Nottingham Rock City, with guest appearances by Jaret Reddick of Bowling For Soup, Spencer Charnas of Ice Nine Kills, Adrian Estrella of Zebrahead and Encanto star Jessica Darrow. They're signed to AVEX exclusively in Asia. In March 2025 Kob left the band to pursue other endeavours.
