Property Deal Network Sheffield is back at Manahatta on Thursday 5 August, from 7pm to 10pm. It's a free monthly networking group for property investors, developers and professionals who want to do business face-to-face, and it runs on the first Thursday of every month except December.
The format is as straightforward as it sounds: some people bring deals, others bring capital, and everyone just arrives, grabs a drink and starts talking. There are no front-of-house presentations or pitches to sit through, so you spend the whole evening chatting rather than listening to someone talk at you. The room usually draws a mix of investors, from first-timers to portfolio landlords, alongside developers, sourcing agents, brokers, solicitors, architects and accountants.
If you're a professional in the industry, there's a paid promotion ticket available, limited to two per event and open to a few specific categories like architects, accountants, builders, brokers, interior designers, lenders, estate agents and surveyors.
