A celebration of world culture, crafts and cuisine with stalls selling fine food, drinks and crafts from around the world.
The International Market is back on Fargate from Wednesday 14 to Saturday 17 October, bringing together food, drink and crafts from around the world in the heart of the city centre. It's a four-day run, so you've got a few different windows to drop by rather than just one afternoon.
The market is run by Market Place, and they've put together a mix of stalls that lean heavily on street food. Italian street food is one of the main draws, alongside a Jamaican charcoal BBQ for something a bit heartier. For something sweet, there are crepes on the go, so you can easily make a meal of it if you're spending the day in town.
Beyond the food, the stalls also bring in crafts from across different cultures, so it's as much about browsing as it is about eating. The organisers describe it as a celebration of world culture, crafts and cuisine, and they've billed it as a welcoming space for everyone to explore and enjoy.

It's free to wander through, and since it's on Fargate, it's right in the middle of the city centre. The market runs from Wednesday 14 to Saturday 17 October, so you can swing by on a weekday lunch or save it for the weekend.
